Been eating better. Exercising more. And my (poor) children are being drug along for the ride. There is almost no junk food in our house (though they still get plenty with fun daddy!) And when I walk... Often they have to go with me out of necessity.
I don't know.... Do you think 5 miles was too much for them?

I make my three and a half year old walk three miles or so several times a week, so I'm sure your kiddoes will be just fine!

Wow I am super impressed. The no junk food in the house thing is so hard. I feel like I eat super well throughout the day, but eight pm rolls around, the house is quiet and wine/chocolate/kettle chips are my down fall. Ugh. Way to follow through! It is an awesome example for your kids.

Funny! I always tell my kids "you are younger and thinner than me, deal with it!"
Way to go on the junk food! Must be a dad thing! Everytime I try to cut it out my husband comes home with 10 for $10 danishes. Dude, seriously.

I think they need more 5 mile walks. I bet it was calm around your place after that walk.
